Are you a dedicated social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital. The pay rate is 37.50 per hour.

What will your responsibilities be?
You will be an integral member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team responsible for assessing the social care needs of patients in low secure care and be a principal provider of a quality social work service to address those needs as outlined in patient care plan

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Must have at least 4 years' experience in Social Work and a period of time within Forensic Mental Health services
• Experience of multi-agency working
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
