Priest in Charge for the Benefice of Inglewood Group of Churches

(Ainstable, Armathwaite, Calthwaite, High Hesket, Hutton, Plumpton, Skelton)

We are looking for either one full-time or two part-time (3.5 days) priests who will:

• be a pastor with a big heart for people who engages with both church members and the wider community.
• be a good team player as well as team builder, who can develop relationships and be a good and sensitive listener, able to lead us positively through change as we move forward.
• help the church engage with the wider community in more intentional ways including working with schools.
• enable us to continue to work more closely together.
• have an ecumenical mindset
• be a person of prayer, spiritually rich, with a focus on growing and making disciples.
• be committed to working together with our diverse communities who are looking for a leader to walk alongside us as we seek to be God’s Church in our rural context.

Stipend: Full-time £30,912 / Part-time 3.5 days £8,832 (housing is provided for both posts)
