Leading creative agency who specialise in the third sector seek an Account Director to work across established charity brands - a mix of fundraising, direct response and brand led campaigns. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing direct response campaigns end to end.


This independent agency was started nearly 30 years ago with the objective of helping brands and charities create a better world, in particular positive social and environmental change. Their work has helped raise millions for charities and has transformed businesses through Purpose.

The role:


  • lead the strategy within accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, brief and in line with the outlined strategy
  • drive the direction and development of the accounts
  • manage clients on a day to day and forge trusting relationships at the senior client level
  • manage, develop and retain a high performing team of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • ensure the team/agency is consistently producing high quality work, and exceeding client expectations
  • develop strong relationships with Clients at a senior level
  • thorough understanding of your clients organisational objectives, and are able to drive conversations around the work and process with confidence
  • inspire and motivate Clients (at all levels) with the work we are doing and ethos of the agency
  • excellent communication skills to be able to express your views and clarity of thinking.
