Are you ready to lead a team that makes a real difference? We're looking for a Senior Night Care Worker to support our service. You'll manage a team, oversee care quality, and maintain high standards while promoting equality and effective communication.
You'll also assist with recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring a supportive and safe environment. This role involves leading daily devotions and handling Health & Safety responsibilities within a Christian ethos.
You should have an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3, relevant experience, and basic computer skills. A Christian faith, PVG Scheme membership, and SSSC registration are required. Interested? Apply now!
