We deliver through four pillars: Membership, Programmes, Training and Youth Awards (Hi5, Dynamic Youth and Youth Achievement Awards).
The opportunity

You will bring
Strategic leadership and relationship-building across government, funders and the youth work sector. A strong understanding of Scotland’s youth work policy landscape and voluntary sector governance. Finance and fundraising acumen, with experience of complex budgets and diversified income.
