Senior Social Worker Family Help / Community Team

Job Profile

We are currently seeking dedicated Seior Social Workers to join our team in Redbridge.

The role involves managing Single Assessments and working with Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.

You will be responsible for court work, including S7 and S37 reports, Initial SWET/final evidence, and care plans. Knowledge of the legal framework, including Public Law Outline (PLO) and Letters of Instruction (LOIs), is essential.

This role does not involve fostering, leaving care, or Looked After Children (LAC) and Care Experienced cases.
