About the Role:

As an Adolescent Safeguarding Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of young people's needs and risks
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals
• Represent the needs of young people in court proceedings
• Participate in regular supervision and case reviews
