We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with experience in quality assurance and clinical governance to join our team as our new Quality and Clinical Governance Lead.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading on all aspects of clinical governance, ensuring effective and sustainable quality assurance and governance systems are in place and embedded across Ty Hafan’s Care Services.
The postholder will be directly responsible for reviewing and analysing outputs from audit and risk assessments, and for the creation, oversight, and coordination of quality improvement plans. Working alongside the Care Senior Management team, they will also be responsible for devising and delivering on a robust clinical governance framework that ensures continuous compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, providing assurance to the Executive Team, Board of Trustees and our regulators that all statutory responsibilities are fulfilled.
