Relief Support Worker

Hours: Relief only (Working hours will be on a rota basis between 09:00 – 18:00)

Location: Nailsea and Clevedon

Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour (plus excellent benefits)

Come join our team as a Relief Support Worker in Nailsea.

We support one lady living alone to get out and about spending time in the community and visiting family. She loves swimming, make up, day trips and visiting historical places. If you are looking for something full of activities where no two days are the same then this is for you!

As this service supports a lady in their own home, we are looking for someone who is going to continue to build a fun and relaxed environment. If you can combine these things with enthusiasm, empathy and the motivation to encourage then you are good to go!

Given the busy nature of the service, to be considered for this role you must have a Full UK Drivers licence

What will you be doing?

As part of a friendly and supportive team of Support Workers you will:

• Help with jobs around the house
• Accompany the person we support on day trips
• Provide active support
• Encourage the person we support to try new things
