Relief Support Worker

Are you passionate about positively impacting the lives of others?

We are looking for relief support workers to join our team in Wiltshire to work across our supported living service where we support individuals to live as independently as possible whilst enjoying barrier free access to the community.

You do not need to be able to work across all locations you can have one base.

A Relief Support Worker’s duties

Your role will involve:

• Providing active support
• Assisting with jobs around the house
• Helping the people we support with evening and morning routines
• Personal care
• Monitoring the wellbeing of the people we support

As part of your role, you will be using a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held. Experience of using a digital or mobile app would be desirable however full training will be given
