We represent our 1,500+ member organisations through our involvement in many regional and national networks. Through our work, we influence policy making, direct financial support and develop programmes and projects to strengthen the sector.
VONNE’s mission is to support the development and sustainability of a strong, effective and well governed VCSE community and promote engagement, involvement and collaboration with the sector as a valued partner.

- We're looking for a talented, dynamic, and professional Engagement Manager to join our Newcastle team and lead our Home from Hospital project.
- It is essential that the postholder is agile, can work flexibly, is an excellent communicator, and can build strong working relationships with a range of people.
- While some aspects of the role can be completed from home, this role requires local in-person work and therefore it is important that the post holder lives in, or close to, Newcastle upon Tyne.
£25,000 per annum pro rata
- We’re passionate about strengthening and supporting the VCSE sector in the region with work that we do.
- You'll support the development and growth of communication activities in support of the Regional Refugee Forum North East and Refugee-Led Community Organisations (RCOs) across the Northeast of England.
- You will also contribute to organisational planning and policy at Regional Refugee Forum North East.
