The post holder ensure that lifeguarding on pool side, carrying out rescues and life saving techniques as necessary.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our bank of Casual Workers as Casual Leisure Assistants at Bradley Stoke Active Lifestyle Centre.

Your duties as a Casual Leisure Assistant will include:

Lifeguarding on pool side, carrying out rescues and life saving techniques as necessary!
Setting up and taking down equipment and maintaining a clean and safe environment for users at all times.

Have a current National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Have a passion for health and fitness.
Are friendly and enthusiastic about what you do!

As a Casual Worker you will not work a guaranteed amount of hours, you will cover sickness absences, holidays and will work during busy periods at the centre. Shifts may include; days, evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is particularly desirable.

If you do not work for a period of 3 months then you will be removed from our bank of Casual Workers.
