PROPERTY PROJECT COORDINATOR - MOBILISATION

Borehamwood £35,000-£45,000

Hybrid: 2 days WFH 3 days office or site-based

A role for someone who loves organisation, ownership and getting things done.

We're working with a leading residential property management business that is growing its specialist Mobilisation team.

They're looking for a confident, highly organised Property Project Coordinator to manage multiple property mobilisation projects from handover through to completion.

THE ROLE

You'll typically manage 4-5 mobilisations at once, with around 170 tasks and milestones to coordinate across each property project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing property projects from handover to completion
• Coordinating mobilisation tasks, deadlines and milestones
• Managing clients, internal teams and external stakeholders
• Leading project meetings and chasing actions
• Holding stakeholders accountable for deadlines
• Identifying issues and finding practical solutions
• Reporting on mobilisation progress and KPIs
• Improving project processes and workflows

Most property mobilisations run for around 3 months, so you'll have several projects progressing at different stages.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

You don't need direct mobilisation experience.

This isn't purely an admin role. You need the confidence and personality to take ownership of property projects, keep stakeholders accountable and make sure every mobilisation stays on track.

A driving licence is preferred but not essential if you're comfortable travelling to sites.
