Business Systems Project Coordinator / Lead

Neon Talent Solutions are supporting our client to recruit a Business Systems Project Coordinator / Lead to take a lead role supporting the post-rollout stabilisation of a live Business System on a full time, initially a 6 month fixed-term contract basis where you will be based in Bristol (BS32)

The role is essentially an Issue Manager / Issue Lead, bringing structure and discipline to the way business systems issues are captured, understood, prioritised and driven through to resolution.

Salary: £32,500 - £37,000 per annum DOE 25 Days Annual Leave Pro-Rata Pension Onsite Parking

Location: Bristol - BS32 Onsite

What You'll Do As A Business Systems Project Coordinator / Lead

You'll take ownership of the Issue Management process, bringing together the relevant people across the business and project team and driving agreed priorities through to resolution.

This is not a technical systems role. We're looking for a strong and confident Project Coordinator / Change Coordinator / Business Analyst / PMO professional with the organisation, judgement and confidence to get the right people together, challenge where needed and keep issues moving through to resolution.

• Own and maintain the central Issues register
• Triage issues and establish their real business impact
• Coordinate diagnosis across data, process, training, system defects and genuine solution gaps
• Drive agreed priorities through to resolution
• Bring together the relevant stakeholders across the business and project team
• Ensure changes are properly considered and signed off by everyone affected before implementation
• Keep progress, risks and actions visible and moving

What You Will Bring

You will be a strong coordinator, comfortable working across different functions and confident taking ownership of a defined project workstream.

• Experience within Project Coordination, Issue Management, Business Change, PMO, Business Systems or Business Analysis
• Oracle NetSuite experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
• Strong organisation, coordination and judgement
• Confidence to ask sensible questions and constructively challenge stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate discussions and bring the right people together
• Confidence working with competing views and priorities
• A proactive approach with the determination to follow things through to completion
• The ability to coordinate resolution without needing to personally solve every issue
