Our client is looking for a Night Shift Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, playing a key role in supporting critical overnight operations.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects and operational activities continue to run efficiently outside of standard business hours. You'll work closely with engineers, operational teams, and internal departments to coordinate activities, maintain accurate documentation, and keep projects on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules, spreadsheets, and asset tracking records.
• Coordinate communication between engineers, sites, and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is completed accurately and customer SLAs are achieved.
• Update service management systems, including job creation, job closure, inspection templates, and master data changes.
• Produce management information reports covering engineer utilisation, stock usage, and project performance.
• Raise and process purchase orders and web shop orders while supporting warehouse operations to improve documentation and efficiency.
• Liaise with UK and international carriers to coordinate the movement of equipment and materials.
• Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and maintaining process documentation.
• Ensure all stock transactions, goods in/out, and inventory movements are accurately recorded.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Provide support across the wider operations team to ensure seamless overnight service delivery.

About You

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise workload and work effectively during night shifts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Experience using ERP or service management systems would be advantageous.
• Previous experience within project coordination, logistics, operations, or administration is desirable.
• A proactive, dependable team player who can work independently when required.
