Help transform the lives of women affected by sexual violence across Greater Manchester
Greater Manchester Rape Crisis is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Social Worker (Social Work England Registered) to join our innovative GM Pathfinder Team.
This is a unique opportunity to use your social work expertise within a specialist, trauma-informed service supporting women who have experienced sexual violence and who may also be navigating complex mental health, safeguarding and social care challenges.
Working across the Greater Manchester Pathfinder Partnership, you will support women accessing services through Greater Manchester Rape Crisis, MASH (Manchester Action on Street Health) and SARA. You will work directly with survivors, carers and partner agencies to identify and address social care needs that may be barriers to recovery and engagement with support.

As part of an innovative partnership model, you'll work across multiple sites and services, collaborating with specialist practitioners from Greater Manchester Rape Crisis, MASH and SARA to provide holistic support for women with complex needs.
This role offers the opportunity to:
Work within a specialist Violence Against Women and Girls service.
Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with survivors.
Use your social work skills creatively and proactively.
Work across three leading women's organisations with a shared commitment to improving outcomes for women.
Influence practice through consultation, leadership and professional expertise.
Develop strong partnerships across health, social care, mental health and voluntary sector services.
Focus on empowerment, recovery and prevention while making a lasting difference to women's lives.
