YHA Bristol is a former waterfront grain house which has been sympathetically restored to offer relaxed, well-appointed accommodation amongst city-centre surroundings, ideal for a cheap city break or weekend away. The hostel’s bustling bar and stylishly decorated reception area is a great place for friends to meet up. The Role: A Warm Welcome Awaits You

As a Reception Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll find yourself at the heart of our mission, making everyone feel at home, regardless of their background or circumstances.

What You'll Be Doing

• Sharing Local Insights: You'll be a local expert, offering tips and knowledge about the area to all our guests, ensuring everyone feels at ease and informed.
• Leveraging Technology: Welcoming our guests with a smile, and ensuring their departure is as smooth as their arrival by utilising our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Responsive Communication: Handling queries by phone and email, providing support with a friendly and helpful demeanour.
• Maintaining a Welcoming Space: Keeping our reception area tidy and inviting for everyone who walks through our doors.
